Product Descriptions: We strive to display the colors, specifications, ingredients, and dimensions of our F&B ingredients, tools, and equipment as accurately as possible. However, actual product packaging or specifications may vary slightly.
Perishable Goods: Ingredients, food products, and raw materials are subject to availability and expiration dates. Storage requirements (e.g., chilled, frozen, dry) will be stated on product listings or packaging.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUP
Delivery Areas: Delivery timelines and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, order weight, and refrigeration/handling requirements.
Perishable Items: For temperature-sensitive goods (chilled/frozen ingredients), the customer or authorized recipient must be present to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for spoilage resulting from unattended deliveries.
Equipment Shipping & Handling: Heavy or commercial F&B equipment may require special freight arrangements, offloading, or site preparation. Freight charges and delivery access restrictions are the buyer's responsibility unless installation service is purchased.
6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
Food & Perishable Ingredients: Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, perishable ingredients and opened food items cannot be returned or exchanged unless delivered damaged, expired, or incorrect.
Tools & Equipment:
Unopened, unused tools and equipment in original packaging may be returned within [14] days of delivery, subject to a restock fee.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective upon receipt.
